I'm trying to transfer video files from my S10+ camera saved on my memory card to my computer.
When I connect my phone to my computer, I put the phone in "USB for file transfer" mode, and on my computer navigate from My Computer to Card<DCIM<Camera. When I double click on the Camera folder, the following warning message appears:
The device is currently busy and its contents may not be fully displayed. If another application is copying data to or from the device, please wait for it to finish and then retry.
I've rebooted the phone and camera etc and cannot get the Camera folder to show the video files. I was able to use a different tethering mode to access all the pictures correctly.
Any idea whats going on and how to fix this? Thank you
