Can't turn off VR only mode

Hey all, have an HTC 10. My friend got a Gear Vr and I decided to try it out with my phone. Google had me download Google VR Services, which somehow enabled Do Not Disturb mode to be on at all times. Now, every time I reboot my phone or do anything, it's automatically in Do Not Disturb mode and I can't find how to turn it off. I have uninstalled VR Services, but it still defaults to VR mode with Do Not Disturb on.
