can't us my phone after editing sdk

hello
i just rooted my alcatel pixi 3 3.5 4009x and edited build.prop using build.prop editor
changed sdk version from 19 to 21 and android version from 4.4.2 to 5.0 after i rebooted my phone most of my apps stopped working ``unfortunatly chrome has stopped'' and more pls help me i lost root

First off, why?

Do you have a custom recovery installed? Can you not just re-root? If not you should probably try to wipe it and reflash a stock ROM, assuming you have or can find one.

It's important to understand that if you're not really sure what you're doing and you screw around with things like the build.prop, this is exactly what you should expect to happen..

hello actually I don't have twrp or custom recovery im doomed but my dad has a pc the only problem in this pc when i connect the phone with the pc the pc can't recognize the usb cable

i can use on my phone browser and packages installer and also old es file explorer amd settings

Device running that old of a Android version just not worth it , can check XDA site any articles from the past if anything but dont expect much support

Try xda they more geared for rooting,custom recovery etc..
