Cant use mobile data in apps on Galaxy S4

I just bought S4 few days ago, and for some reason mobile data doesnt work inside apps (eg. Viber, Youtube). But when I use chrome or internet or play store, on mobile data it works perfectly. I've tried soo many things but still it doesnt work. Can someone please help me with this.
On Wifi everything works, vibre and youtube work perfectly. Just on mobile data.

I am wondering if either the APN for you device is correct, or if the SIM card might be bad. Can you take the device into your carrier store?

Amaysim is online based. They dont have their own store( as far as i know). So I probably won't be able to.
