I called Google and Motorola separately on Friday June 19, 2015

I have once factory reset the phone.
I rooted the phone, installed a boot manager and installed Android 5.0.2

I would create a password for Apps Google+, Gmail and Outlook, Microsoft account on my Android G 2nd Generation and that would work with Windows 7 64 bit Professional.

However if I create the password for the apps Google+, Gmail and Outlook and Microsoft account on my Windows 64 bit SP1 Professional.

I can access the app store

Welcome to Android Central!

Are you trying to access the phone from your computer? Not sure I understand what you are trying to accomplish.

I can standard Text Message to my phone.

I can't access the app store now without creating another password.
My Moto G won't take my google plus windows passwords.
I am trying to access my phone google plus.
No I am not trying to access my phone from my computer.
I want to accomplish both my Moto G and my windows 7 passwords to sync and work simultaneously

I can access the app store so I tried enabling less secure apps and going to "https://accounts.google.com/displayunlockcaptcha" on my Moto G X1064 and Windows 7 64 bit Pro
