Can't wipe cache after Lollipop update

I updated to Lollipop 5.1 and my battery was draining fast, so I am trying to wipe the cache. I have tried twice and it is just stuck on qe 0/0 with nothing happening. It's been about 10 minutes. Is this normal? If not, what if anything should I do?

It takes awhile. I think mine took around 15 minutes.

Mine took over 20 minutes the first time I did it after the lollipop update.
