Can't write onto SD card

How come I can't write nothing to my sd card I can't move files over from my internal

Are you using the stock File Manager? If you're on Lollipop or KitKat, only stock apps can have full SD card access. 3rd party apps are restricted to write/modify files that they have created or that are in their own folders.
