capasitive button light tabs

I recently replaced the digitizer on my evo and didn't notice until I was going to put it all back together that there were little table to transfer light from the led to the capasitive buttons. Unfortunatly the digitizer was so damaged i had a hard time removing it and broke the tabs as i was removing the digitizer. The new digitizer i ordered did not include these. Was it supposed to? Anyone know where i can find these tabs? thanks.
