I have a Note 8 and just recently while using swipe for text messages or commenting on Facebook that all the words that I swipe in will get capitalized. The auto correct list doesn't even have the word in lower case available for selecting. I have to delete the word and either try it again or type it in per letter. Any help would be appreciated.

The same thing has been happening to me! It Happens sporadically butt it's been happening since the lady update I did last week. Anyone Know What The fix can be?

Same issue here. Note 8, through T-Mobile. Had an update yesterday and now I have the issue of each word being capitalized while texting, using SWYPE.
IF I get an answer, I'll share...please do the same :/

Thanks, take care

I did the latest update yesterday and that is when my phone started capitalizing every word as well. Mine is also sporadic where half my text capitalizes words and the other half is normal. I've also tried all the suggestions to no avail. I will also keep looking for answers to get it to stop happening! So glad I found this forum!

I am having the same issue after the latest update. In messages (the default messaging app in the Note 8 with the default Samsung keyboard) every text message I write has the first letter of all words capitalized even though I do not have the caps key on. If I notice it and backspace all but the first word of the sentence out and then try again, sometimes they will be correct and not be capitalized. Also, if after I Swype the first word of the sentence that I do want capitalized, but before I start Swyping the rest of the words in the sentence, I run through the caps lock key by hitting it 3 times to go thru the options (first letter caps, all caps, then back to no caps) then I can type the rest of the sentence normally without all the words being first letter capitalized. HOWEVER, as soon as I place a period, or any punctuation, and start the next sentence, it all starts over and I have to go through this little ritual again. Very frustrating!

I'm Having The Same Issue. it's very annoying especially when I'm trying to write work emails, it doesn't look very professional.

Samsung released an update to the Samsung keyboard this morning. It is now on version 2.1.03.23 and this problem is now resolved.

I was able to fix it with an update to the keyboard. Settings - General Management - Language and Input - On-Screen Keyboard - Samsung Keyboard - About Samsung Keyboard - Update.

Go To:

Settings;

General Management;

Language and Input;

On-screen keyboard;

Samsung keyboard;

About Samsung Keyboard; and finally,

Update

Samsung Latest Version Is Already Installed:
2.1.02.69.
No Update Available! I Guess They're Slowly Rolling Out The Latest Update To 2.1.03.23
