Recently the option to choose the capital when I hold down on the letter button has disappeared. All the other options are still available, but the capital is not an option. This is very frustrating. I have checked all settings menus that I am aware of; the settings menu when holding down the microphone icon on the keyboard, the settings menu in the status bar pulldown, the settings menu in the messages application. I have tried them all. Can anyone help? I want the hold-down capital letter options back! The shift button does not cut it.

Same thing happened to me this morning Hold for caps is gome after software and firmware update. I am using the standard SAmsung keyboard:'(

There should b a blue arrow on tha second row from tha bottom that is used for caps and caps lock
