Car Audio Buzzing Sound

I am getting this buzzing sound with the car audio using the headphone jack to AUX input on my Prius whenever the charger is plugged into the phone (on or off car mount). Anyone else experiencing the same? Anything that can be done to get rid of it?

Bad grounding. Can be in your cigarette lighter or the charger itself.

is happens seem like with all my Droid phones. I figure u cant play it and charge at the sametime, sucks but you will get the buzz if you do.
