Car Mode?

So I've had this phone now since Att release day and I can't find a hands free mode at all? Like my Samsung would read our texts and I could respond. I don't have that? In fact when I clicked voice mate and asked it to read New texts It just said I had one. But wouldn't read it. Even Google Now wouldn't. Am I missing something?? No hands free mode isn't cool at all.

I use Google Now for all my outgoing needs like calling, texting and such but it won't read incoming texts or emails like you're wanting. Some of my friends use Robin and really like it. I have never tried the app myself but you may want to give it a look.

let us know how it works, I'd be interested to know. Like I said, I haven't tried it but others I know use it and like it - but they don't have the G3
