Car mount - vent or CD mounted - that's easy to use

Most of the car mounts I've seen are a bit of a pain to mount and / or take off. Not a huge big deal but just enough to sometime discourage using it. I'm looking for something that will hold up over a speed bump or a short stop, but you can just stick the phone in / on with one hand, no fiddling or adjusting required, and you can take off also with one hand, no fiddling or adjusting.
