Don't know your specific needs but if you want something bombproof, I have one of these for my Note 4 and it's great:

RAM Mount Universal X-Grip IV Locking Suction Cup Mount RAM-B-166-UN10

It is somewhat bulky but like other RAM mounts I've had in the past, it is rock solid. I like windshield mounts myself and this one easily adjustable for viewing angle.

Hmmm.... I'm using an imagnet for my xperia t2 ultra (6 inch phone) and it's been great. My only concern is your note 4 having the battery case because imagnet requires you to put a magnet on the phone case and with the battery there, I'm not sure how it's going to work.

Bought the Clever Grip from As Seen on TV, and it is awesome! The best part is I got 2 for the price of one ($14.95 + tax and shipping)...one for me and one for the wife.

It's extremely sturdy, and it fits my Note 4 with the Tech 21 classic mesh case. I had the Kenu Airframe+, and Clever Grip expands wider for bigger cases, grips better on the vent, and - again - get two for half the price of one Kenu.

I'm using the genuine Samsung car Mount and it does the job.. looks pretty good and it holds my Note 4 even with a bulky case on it.
