Case-mate Fitted Hard Shell Case

I'm in Canada, and the cases we can get are really limited. I'm looking at the Case-mate hard shell case.

I've had my Galaxy S5 with no case, but screen protection, for the last 2.5 years. I want a minimal case, but I'm also worried, especially with the curved edges, of breaking the phone. Any advice from people more experienced would be so appreciated.
