As much as I want to use this pixel 6 pro naked bc of how gorgeous it is boy I'm afraid to drop it because of big + slippery. I say case it.

I actually like the phone with the case on better. It minimizes the edges a little bit even though they are not extreme by any means. But grip-wise and the camera being flush are the two main reasons for a case for me anyway and to be honest with you has careful as I am. There's always that one time you're going to drop the phone and you don't want to be doing that with no case on. I know because I had a skin with my fold 3 and I still dropped it in the street. Being very careful ...thank God only a scuff ..

I've tried a couple of days with no case, bit it is damn slippery (I do like the glossy back more than the frosted glass that was on my last Samsung though) I've now ordered a Bellroy leather case in light brown for a bit more grip!

I also like the phone better with a case lol, without the case for some reason it's not as comfortable. At least with the 6, I'm sure it'll be even more the case with 6 Pro with curved screen. Case will help with the grip and for a better feel.

Yes. I have my phone in a case, and I'm currently using it while naked.

I have the Google case and the Bellroy leather one... They both suck!

I'm waiting for my cases to be delivered, which might still take another week or so, so the phone is staying home and I'm not switching my SIM over to it yet.

Maybe I'm the only one, but the 6 Pro is much less slippery than I expected. Definitely less so than if it were brushed metal.

Case. Definitely case for me. My old hands are a bit retarded and I don't trust them. So, for my Sixel...CASE.

I used a case with every phone I've had since the Nexus 4, and never once dropped the phone until I decided to go caseless with my S20 FE at the start of the summer. 2 weeks later I dropped it about 3' on to asphalt getting out of my car, and cracked the front glass despite a temper glass SP (fortunately 2 clean full-length cracks, so tolerable till upgrade time).

Never going caseless again.

I got a case because I can't live the greaseball life. Golly do I miss the days of aluminum backed phones.

I'd use it with a good quality clear case - that way, the beautiful colour is displayed but it's still protected!

That's what I have done with my 4XL since it is also rather slippery. And I occasionally change up the looks with a skin.

A case is just like your insurance policy. You hope you never need it, but dare not be caught without it. I hope this is the first phone that is far enough advanced that I might be able to use it for the three years of OS updates at least. It needs some maintenance and pro active intervention to help it get there. Case it!

I agree - aluminum and rubberized back phones like I think the Moto Droids I used to have. It was nice to not have to feel like I needed a case.

I always use a case, I love the added protection and I love changing out my cases :)

Had to get a case..I normally always use my devices naked but... Pixel 6 is slippery as heck.
