It is. I called Rearth and its a known issue. I am returning mine.

Well, I got mine today. Not impressed tbh. It's very thin and doesn't seem like it would absorb much shock at all. Seems more like a visual accessory than a real protective cover. Will stick with the Seido.

Not going to waste the time trimming the top.

It looks like the proximity sensor is slightly covered by the case. Mine is on the way and I'll probably trim the top back a little.

thats.. odd. Neither of mine have this problem.

i've had this case for about 2wks now and I really love it

any of you w/ this case have issues w/ the case causing mic interference?
- when i rub my hand around on the case it gets picked up by the mic and
the person on the other end can hear it.
