Thanks. I have hand problems and some of these cases take a little too much acrobatics for me. I like the reviews that mention the ones that are a little difficult to take off, I've narrowed my list down to avoid them.

Same here. For both the s8 plus and Note 8. I bought them because they were one of the first decent cases for sale weeks before the phones were out and got them just in case I couldn't get the Defender before I got my phones. I was able to get the Defenders in time but for the price they're pretty protective. I'd say better than Otterbox Commuter but a lot cheaper too.

I say they're a go.

It's easy to take off and put on. I had the Otterbox Symmetry that I ordered with my Note8 during pre-order, but recently switched to the Caseology Legion. The Legion feels much better and the cutout around the S pen is bigger but not compromising protection of that area of the phone. For me, it was borderline impossible to eject the S pen with the Otterbox because of my fat fingers. The Caseology is way better in ejecting the pen.

I just got the Legion and I really like it. I had a clear Gpel case on, the Pure Max, I think was the name, and while I liked seeing my orchid gray Note through that clear back, it was a pain. I had a lot of trouble getting the Spen in and out, and the volume rocker didn't work well, and the Bixby button was hard to keep pressing. The Legion feels better in the hand, too. It's little more weight, but not enough to bug me, and I think it's better protected. It went on fine with Gpel tempered glass screen protector but I am ambivalent about that because there are several places that the sensitivity of the screen is definitely lessened. But I'm leaving it on for now.

I bought the UAG Plasma, Spigen Tough Armor and Caseology Legion. I finally put the Legion on a few days ago, and it's my favorite of the three. Nice protection and feels really good in hand. To think I got it from 1/8 the price of the Plasma.
