It should. From what I understand, all Note 2 versions have the same physical dimensions, button layout and S-Pen location.

absolutely! I own two Verizon Galaxy Note 2, as well as an international unlocked Galaxy Note 2(N7100, purchased in Germany). They are 100% identical on the outside.

All cases are interchangeable. I have two Otterbox Defender cases, one Commuter case, two Samsung flip cases, as well as a couple of cheap TPU cases. They work fine for either phone.

Yes they all have the same dimensions. OtterBox has two really good cases. The defender series and the commuter series. The defender is the more rugged of the two and comes with the holster. The holster has a kick stand build in. The commuter has no holster. Urban Armor has a good case also. It is like the OtterBox commuter.
