Cases for the HTC One

I got the Speck Candyshell grip case and I love it! Great protection without too much bulk, and rubber grip to keep it from slipping.

I'm going to get an Atmosphere case once they are selling again...so I can show this beauty off!
In the event that there are complications with Poetics stock, I've got an extra black one (1st gen that covers the IR/button) if you want it. They accidentally sent me two.

I ordered the spigen slim from amazon it shipped today

I finally got my brushed aluminum case from ebay .

I've got to admit for a cheap 7.00 case it looks pretty sharp and is actually brushed aluminum. I'm pretty sure it will scratch easily but it still gives me that awesome cold metallic feel that the other cases were robbing me of.

Cons: Doesn't wrap around the bottom or top, doesn't have a lip to raise the screen a bit
Pros: real metallic finish, all ports and ir blaster open, does prevent the camera from sitting flush with the surface protecting camera lens, price,

After looking around for a decent you case for my one, I was directed to a Telus store in my local mall. I found a really nice slim crystal clear you case. I love it because it just enhances the nice lines of my new phone. No s-line on the back, or opaque areas. It is silly smooth but easy to grip. Pretty good quality for $20.00.

Let me give another vote for the Otterbox Commuter. I tried the Speck Candyshell, and the back got quickly scratched up through normal use. The Otterbox feels better in the pocket and offers better protection without extra bulk.

What color candy Shell did you use? I have white and it isn't scratched up at all yet.

Thanks for the offer, but I wanted the Blue one. I'm gonna wait until 05/17 to order them once they are back instock with the IR cut-out.

Couldn't decide on a color so I got all three...

Incipio DualPro Grey, Incipio DualPro Shine, Incipio DualPro Black

lol Me neither so I got 2 of those and an Otterbox :D .

How do you like the feel? I've only received the otterbox so far, and I find it kinda slippery.

I'm waiting for my earlier upgrade to kick in later this month before I buy the AT&T HTC One. Can anybody recommend a good full body skin? Skinomi? Zagg? I just want to apply a film on the back of the phone as I'm not worried about the sides and read screen protectors can mess with touch responsiveness.

Personally, I don't hate plastic. It can be done well (look at high end Nokia Lumia's for example). Certain popular manufacturers just haven't figured out how yet. I was also in the camp of not wanting a case on it, then I dropped it on concrete and got to big, ugly gashes on the front. Double Dip for me please.

I'd be careful of the double dip as it has it is designed to slide in to the One with quite a tight fit. If you remove it a lot, it will scratch the back casing of your HTC One.
