Cases for the S6 active

Mid November is here and everywhere I see the Poetic Affinity case shows as 'currently unavailable'. Anyone have specific information on why?

I just got my phone today (finally!) and want to get something on the phone ASAP, 2 toddlers really challenges any phones durability. The SUPCASE Beetle is my second choice and seems to have positive opinions in most places, but that Poetic just looks soooo goooood. Hopefully I don't get in too much trouble with the wife if she notices I still don't have a case on it

I also ordered this case about a month ago on 10/21. They sent me an email saying:

"Thank you for your most recent order placed for Affinity case. We wanted to take this opportunity to update you the status of this newly released item.

The production is running a little behind schedule but the product samples already came out, we just waiting to start production after test.

Please let us know if you are willing to wait a few more days so that we can keep your order or if you prefer to cancel for a refund. We’re glad to assist you either way."

In my opinion I am willing to wait for this case because it is one of the best looking cases I've seen on Amazon so far.

I agree. I will be ordering it as soon as it is available. I have used Poetic cases in the past, and they are always excellent.

In the meantime, I'm using the Tudia case. I would HIGHLY recommend it. I have not had any issues with it being too loose, as others have mentioned. I'd venture to say they've addressed that problem.

Thanks so much for sharing that info! I'm going to throw it on my wishlist so I can order it when it becomes available, ordered the Beetle for now in the off chance Poetic has any further delays. Good to know that they still plan on getting the cases out there. Thanks again!

Anyone have any experience with UAG cases on the s6 active? I had one on my s3 and loved it. I cant find anything that says these will fit the active. Im looking for a minimalist case that isn't grippy and a pain to take out of my pocket.

I would highly recommend the Tudia case. Great feeling and fitting case that does not add too much bulk.

iBlason Armor case is just too bulky. I ordered a slimmer case and can't wait for it to arrive. Every now and then I go without a case and get wild and crazy.

Otterbox Defender, for me. The only issue with this case is the screen protector, which locks moisture in between the phone screen and it's covering, so you have to remove the phone from the case and wipe down the screen and protector. You can rip it out and replace it with one of those tempered glass stick-ons, which will fit inside the case.

My wife has the Body Glove case that AT&T was offering. Has had no issues with it in the nearly one year she has had her phone. She likes it because it still fits in her hip holster for the phone since she doesn't like the hip clip that the case came with.

I have a body glove case for my Active. It's nice because it's light and sleek but it protects the phone still.
