Cases for the Verizon G2

I bought that case as I needed something that day. It is not my favorite in that it's glossy black and fingerprints are still an issue. That said, I dropped the phone and it landed on the corner and that case protected that phone perfectly. I am not seeing so much the bulk but I have been using a DROIDX for 3 years with a case and that was a thicker than many current phones and this feels fine. I actually do not care for phones that are very thin and I find many far too slippery. This has some grip.

Anyone make a case yet for Verizon g2 yet with covers for the charging an headphone ports. The otter box will when they get here and the incpio looks like it doesn't?

i just got the generic case with kickstand and holster that i have been using for the past phones. it protects from small drops and small nicks and scratches. but it is not bulky and i can put in pocket or on the holster it came with. plus it looks pretty cool.

That's the same case I got (if you are talking about the OEM Verizon Shell/Holster). I'll never use the holster but the case it's self is very slim and the kickstand works great vertically or horizontally and also as a great place to slide a finger to use to secure it for one-handed use. I bought it with the intent of getting by until I could find a better one but I actually like the way it's put together now.

I was looking at some on Amazon and I was wondering if any of you guys had tried this one out yet:

The Tudia feels like my diztronic I had on my Gnex. Has a slight slickness to it. It's doesn't have that matte grip feeling like the incipio feather or dual case. Overall its a great tpu.

And how does it affect the "hand feel"? Does it feel more brick like with the case on? I LOVE the look of the Cyan but I'm worried about the bulk it'll add.

Just received my Incipio Feather Shine and I like it a LOT compared with the VZW jelly case I had. It fits like a glove and adds very little bulk to the phone. It is a little slicker than the jelly case, but doesn't seem too bad. And it is MUCK less of a fingerprint magnet. I like the brushed stainless effect quite a bit. Wish the actual back of the phone looked like this.

+1 for this - it's thin and takes away the slipperiness of the plastic.

Responds well. Easier to find and tell which button you're pressing. It's raised and more defined.

To me the dual case feels like a slightly thicker TPU. Doesn't add too much bulk.

Just got my Incipio dual pro feels extremely good in my hand and the buttons are even easier to touch now just plain out awesome!

I also just received my dualpro case,much nicer than the tpu, and I like how the buttons are covered, I find them a lot easier to press

Has anyone found a Clear case yet? I was thinking about using skins and getting a clear silicone case over the skin to give it some "bounce" protection.

I don't know why it wouldn't. I got the Belkin folio case on Saturday and it's easy to see that it was designed for the other G2 (the button hole is wider), but the Verizon G2 still fits. In fact when I went in to see what cases Verizon had the guy said he thought they had an Otterbox. Apparently they didn't, but if he thought they did, he probably saw that it's coming in or that it can be ordered.
