I put a case called Engive slim snap on fit matte black, found on amazon for $7. Then I used my Samsung note 2 holster that I had from best buy and the Engive case snaps in perfectly to the holster.

Spigen ultra thin cases available as of today.

I am somewhat optimistic that other cases will come along, but it may take a while which is frustrating. I have a couple of TPU cases arriving tonight I got on Amazon.com. I am returning the LG flip cover, just isn't working for me.

What I would like to see is OtterBox but that is likely asking too much. Spigen has a slim case in either orange or black, it would be nice if they offered something else as well. Plus they are supposed to have screen protectors out, but no Glas.t series.

Still looking for a case/belt clip - I like the Seidio Surface holster but it is not available

+1 That is the only way i carry my phones also - right now i use a case ordered from Amazon called Engive slim snap on fit. It fits nicely into my old platinum series Note 2 holster that I bought from Best Buy. It'll have to do till a better one like Seidio comes along....

The problem is the note 2 is wider then the Optimus G Pro. So with the case from amazon I dont see how it will add enough width to fit the platinum series case from best buy. Mind adding a pic of your setup? I want to try it out. This is why I was thinking about returning this phone. No accessories at all. I always have a seidio case and there not making any. All these 3rd party vendors make cases for crappy HTC phones and LG releases a High end device and no cases. If I was to buy a HTC One or S4 I would be in luck.

I'll post some pics this afternoon after i get home from work. Keep the faith, I remember when I got the original LGOG, and it took forever for decent cases/holsters to show up. Still very few out there...

I got the TPU cases last night and they are fine, not a fan of TPU cases because the button response is always dulled down. I may order the Spigen slim case which has the buttons exposed and easier to access.

The setup with the platinum note 2 holster.

I went and got the best buy case as well. Im using right now the spigen case with the holster. It does work and hold it really good. Its not as wide though as the holster. This morning I should have the EnGive Slim Snap-on case so ill try that. Ill probaly return the spigen case if i like the EnGive Slim Snap-on. I also have on order a case from ebay. Nekeda Saffiano Jelly Case Ultra Thin Cover for LG Optimus G Pro F240 | eBay

I can deal with the case issues but I need roms. WOuld like CM10.1 or AOKP.

I'm really not liking the TPU case I got the buttons are not as easy to use but I am getting used to it, or pressing harder on the buttons, not sure which it is. I enjoyed reading the web pages and email while my wife's car was getting some service done on it. It was nice to not have to carry a tablet with me or a laptop.

Wireless charging works with all 3 of my cases. Over at XDA I have a thread on the cases. Cases for G Pro - xda-developers

I just picked up the LG wireless charger today. Really cool. I don't have a case yet, but I wonder if it charges slower with a case on. Or as long as it connects, does it charge with the same level of power (if that makes any sense). Don't know much about this technology.
