cases

Bought a pelican clear case for my s8. The back got cracked somehow, I must have leaned on the phone on the corner of a piece of furniture when it was in my pocket because there was no impact. The touchscreen was fine so I bought an otterbox defender. I have dropped this thing in the otterbox several times and it is still good. I liked the pelican case but it wasn't sturdy enough.

Speck case is my favorite go to out of the 5 I have.

Here's what I'm using today. RhinoShield CrashGuard and SlickWraps Natural. After pics got skin to lay down a little better. Hard to explain but being real wood was just ever so slightly too thick for CrashGuard. Definitely a keeper combo for me to keep back from getting scratched as I like form factor of CrashGuard. After just seeing pics again, yes got it together MUCH better now.

Not quite the same quality even with the ridiculous Verizon markup.

For that cost even if you get a year or more out of it, you got your money's worth. I beat up my cases and average about 2 years out of them; dog chewing aside.
