cast device not connected

So tonight on my pixel xl I got a notification in the notification shade saying cast device not connected. I was watching cable but there is a Chromecast on this TV. I can't get this notification to go away unless I restart the phone. But then it comes back? Can anyone help me get rid of this?

Hold down on the the notification from the pull down and select "block all notifications".

It does come up with facebook name.

Came up on my Nexus 6 too, while I wait for my Pixel XL to arrive. Has to do with FB like others said.
