Cell dropped calls

New phone galazy edge 7 keeps dropping calls guy from store told me to bring it in he'd adjust the antenna isn't this something I can do

The antenna can't be 'adjusted' by the store guy. Have you noticed whether calls seem to drop in the same places (like walking into your home?) or is it random?

Yes, the issue could be occurring in certain-Area where you walk
or place that you visited. Another factor mayBe your Carrier
provider LTE-Signal is weak and cause the calls drop

I had in 2008 a Flip-Flop Motorola phone that-Dropped the calls received
in my Apt because-There was some Micro-ondas towers nearby..C:U
