Cell standby battery drain

Cell standby is at the top of my list in power consumers it has consumed about 2500 mah since the last full charge

What is your mobile signal strength?

I agree with Belodion, it's possible that a weak cell signal could be the culprit. Tap on the battery graph and check the mobile signal bar. Also, it seems that your SIM 2 is on roaming, with data enabled and very weak signal. I'd bet this combination is at the root of the problem.
