Cell standby eating battery

Does anyone know why the Cell standby is eating the regular Moto G4's battery?

My G2 was doing that, I had to do a factory reset

I rather deal with this than a factory reset.

If you are backed up then it's not as bad as you think, if you have a Google account it automatically backs up

8% of 44% (which is 3.51%) over more than 12 hours? Tap the graph to get to the next page, just to see the mobile signal strength, but it's probably good. Some people would kill for 12 hours of just the phone staying on.

Go into application manager and delete all data for Google Play Services. You'll have to watch it and repeat periodically.
