Cell Standby / Time w/out signal

is it my phone or verizon's network? some times it will show a 'time w/out signal %' and other does it does and this is just in town (city area so coverage shouldn't be a problem' has done it with EC01, ED01 and ED04 thought i seem to get the best over all results with EC01 in terms of reception. haven't tried EC09 yet. just wondering if its my action phone or verizons network.

Maybe Im not understanding your question...like sometimes when u go to device info-->battery history--->than click cell standby--->it wont show u a percent at all? I have never had a problem with it not showing a percent...Sometimes it is very high which is not good, but never not show me a percent at all. please be clear

My question is, have you *228'd recently? Vzw just put out another PRL update. You may just need that to sync up to vzw.

I have never had a problem with it not showing a percent...Sometimes it is very high which is not good, but never not show me a percent at all. please be clear

correct, when you go into device info-->battery history and it shows Cell standby, sometimes there is % time w/out a signal and sometimes it is not there. when it is theres a note about putting it in flight mode when in areas with no coverage but i live in a city where coverages isn't an issue.

PRL is by your area....my PRL is the same as it was whenever i did it last time, a while ago. Still the same. PRL is not the same for everyone. Im pretty sure on this
