Ceramic white frame color

So for all that thought the ceramic white 512 version had a rose gold frame you were wrong!

Got mine today. I would call the color more brushed nickel. Totally awesome!

Glad it worked out for ya. Initially I ordered ceramic white. But got worried about the sides being rose gold. But after getting the ceramic black u couldn't be happier. Absolutley love the color. Samsung has some great colors this year for sure.

Good to hear! I was kinda waiting for the oh crap my thousand dollar phone is rose gold...

After seeing the pics on Samsung's website I changed my order to Ceramic Black and upped it to 1TB. I should have the phone, but Samsung doesn't seem to want my 1700 all that much... still says arrive by March 8th though.

If it arrives I'll post up some pics, but I'm sure you'll have some by the time that happens lol. Gotta just laugh at this point.

There is a very thin plastic protective film around the outside of the frame. Peel that off.

But the frame does reflect colors easily you might see a slight pinkish tone if you get it in the right light but look at these pictures and you will not see much pink.

Anyway, I had picked up a cool case that has a black border with clear back. Loving it!

Fits like a glove I love it. The only negative thing I can find with it is the opening for the USB-C plug is a little small for the one cable I have. The cable has a large plug on the end. I charge wirelessly most of the time anyway so no big deal. The case can be pushed back at the bottom to plug in a cable if need be. I just checked and the cable that came with the phone also doesn't fit the opening.

Glad I switched to the black model as I wouldn't have liked the white much I don't think. But with that case it looks great. Nice choice of case. Works well together.

Not wrong. It's rose gold. It's bloody pink. I called up my Telco and immediately request an exchange.

Your photos are misleading people as yes, it doesn't show in fluro lighting. Take it outside in the natural light and enjoy the feminine pink phone.

So I take it you went with black. You'll love the black ceramic. I think it's the perfect color.

Looks like some people's masculinity is threatened by the thought of having a phone with a little bit of pink, LOL (pink was a boy's color until around 1940, source: https://www.smithsonianmag.com/arts-culture/when-did-girls-start-wearing-pink-1370097/ ).

The pictures posted by Gunrack & the phone I have in my hand aren't showing any pink, and even if it was..so what? I don't obsessively stare at the outside of my phone, I'm mostly looking at the screen.

I don't think anyone is threatened. I wasn't. I just don't like the look of the sides of the white ceramic phone. Not my cup of tea. Same reason I didnt get any of the other colors. I didn't like them.

I have the ceramic white S10+. It is not pink. It changes shade slightly depending on what lighting situation you're in. Most of the time it looks like nickel - sometimes it looks like silver. When reflecting something red it looks pink.

I'm sorry if I mislead anyone. I stand by my pictures in that I don't think this phone has a plated rose gold finish. No where in the Samsung literature that I've read describes it as having a plated rose gold finish.

It does pick up reds in natural sunlight and somewhat in incandescent light. In white light not at all.

My wife had a rose gold iPhone and there is a remarkable difference.

So, if you don't like a subtle hint of redness in the frame color sometimes, don't get it. I can live with it. I never go caseless so I don't see the frame at all (and I like the white back that I can see through my case). I never will see it until I sell it in two years to get the S12. My current cycle of phone life.
