Certain apps not working in home wifi but working on mobile data

[Android Central Question]

I am using a Xiaomi Mi A1 phone for the past year and was using social media apps, using my Home Wifi and Mobile data. since few months, I had this issue...
While connected to my home wifi my phone works on google/ websites / youtube, but very very slow or not working on apps like twitter and yahoo mail. But these works fine if I use mobile data or other wifi.
I have not changed my wifi provider or the router nor my mobile network provider.

other gadgeds like android tab, my TV are working perfect using my home wifi.

This is so wierd, that I tried all the possible ways like forget the home wifi, restart the router, phone, android updates on phone done, app unistalled and reinstalled but the issue did not seems resolved.

Have anyone faced such issue or is there a process that can clear of this issue? please advice, Thanks in advance,
