Change Default Tab for Phone Icon

When you launch the Phone app, is there any way to change the default tab? i.e., have the "Favorites" tab come up instead of the "Phone" tab with the number pad?

I believe using the contacts icon pulls up the last tab you used..but I don't think the phone icon would do that
