No, Nova launcher will not slow down your phone

Nova launcher is the way to go. For me, it's faster, visually pleasing, more functional and has better battery stats than Google launcher

Do I need the paid for version to be able to enlarge the icon sizes in the app drawer and on screen? I did briefly install yesterday, but the icons were way to small!
