Change Individual Icon-Action Launcher

I keep seeing in the change log that I can change individual icons, but it's not obvious to me how to do. Anyone know how?

I keep seeing in the change log that I can change individual icons, but it's not obvious to me how to do. Anyone know how?

I don't have this launcher, so the following suggestion is based on my experience with other launchers.

On the home screen, long press the app you want to change. A menu should pop-up allowing you to edit the app or possibly the app icon.

Let me know if this helps - I took a quick look online and didn't see a faq page to reference for the app.
