change main audio device won't go away

Decided to try out Dex. Now this won't go away. Tried every setting I could, clearing cache. I hate notifications and if I tap it it switches to the phone, if I start another app it will play on the phone while the other is on Bluetooth.
Turning off separate app sounds doesn't work and it just turns itself back on.
