Change notification sounds

How can I get a different email notification to a text one on a Nokia 6 please.

Welcome to Android Central! In general, you can open an app's menu and look for notification settings. If the app allows it, you should be able to choose a different notification tone there, which will be different from the system default. That should be possible with any Email app, but there are other apps that don't allow it (like Facebook, I think).
