Change/Pause/Play a song using aux

Hello. This may be a noob question but I have a Samsung Galaxy s6 Active and have recently purchased a 2006 PT Cruiser. The car came with an AUX cord which works great for listening to music. However I was wondering if anyone knew of abeing aux cord on which there was a button to change/pause/play a song whilst you are listening to a song (simular to what you find commin on head phones). I will be using downloaded playlist from Spotify not from the internal player on the phone, if that makes a difference. Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! I think that's unlikely. It depends on the actual jack, not the cable. If the jack doesn't have the contacts for those remote controls, then it won't matter what you plug in. And I don't think car manufacturers would use those jacks, because there's typically an interface on the stereo itself to allow you to skip or pause tracks.
