Change scroll setting?

Is there a way to change the scroll settings on the SII? Since the update, my scrolling is way too sensitive.

Yeah, that's an issue some people are having with the ICS update. It didn't really bother me, but it took some getting used to. There isn't a setting to change it. I don't know of a fix short of rooting and running a custom rom...

Nope, sorry it is a bug with ics on our e4gt. Some rooms do fix it, but most if the touch wiz based roms that are on ics kernels have the issue. Even the one I'm on has it. However, after getting used to it, I've come to like the speed scrolling ability. once i learned to have a soft touch it was golden for me!
