Changing clock ?and saving photos and videos to sd card?

[Android Central Question]

So the clock in the lock screen is saving like this:

27am

i want to change it to
10:27am or smthing more cool idk

or use this always on lock screen instead of that.

My second question is how to save photos to sd card instead of internal storage? but only the pictures and videos not the apps.
