Hey, so my phone bugged out, had to flash in stock rom and root it.. Now thing is my SIM card doesn't work.. So I checked out Phone Info and saw that nor my IMEI or CSS codes were displaying so it's gotta be it.. Any help would be very appreciated. Phone is rooted so if there is an "easy" way to do it with an app it'd be wonderful.

You should have copied down the IMEI before you flashed it, but call your carrier and see if you can get it from them (they have it, they have to, but they might not give it to you) - assuming that you don't still have the box the phone came in - there's a label on that with the IMEI.

There are apps in Play that will write the IMEI, or you could use dd in a terminal app to read the partition, add the IMEI to it, then write it back. The people to talk to are the developers at the S7 section of XDA. Some of them do this sort of thing all the time. (And one or more of them might have a proper CSC file for your variant of the S7 that you can flash if that's a problem - but get the IMEI fixed first. A phone without an IMEI won't connect.)
