Changing CSC will change LTE connection?

Hi, I have been researching how to fix the problem I am having with my Galaxy S7 (global version).

As my very last attempt to fix this, I am about to change the CSC on my phone.
After running *#1234# I found this;
CSC: G930FOXA2ERE8

I live in Canada, bought my phone (global version) on Ebay factory sealed.
The CSC here isn't for Canadian carrier and I was wondering if this is why my phone won't connect to LTE with all the correct settings.
Do you think by edit to a my carrier's CSC will make my phone see the LTE connection?
Also why would it have a different country's CSC code?

Apprently I can't even change CSC code because I am getting an invalid MMI error.
I have been trying to fix that error, did everything method I could find on internet but still can't be fixed.
At this point I really have to give up the original problem of not being able to connect to LTE.
Now I going to switch to a different carrier where my phone sees an LTE connection.
