Changing font size on unrooted X?

I've searched through the threads but can't find anything specific to unrooted Droid X. I'm getting very nearsighted and would like to enlarge the font on my X. Can anyone tell me how to do this? My daughter can do it on her Fascinate and my husband on his iPhone but I cannot figure it out on my Droid!
