Changing Google ID sign on made Samsung health think my phone is Rooted!?!

[Android Central Question]

I signed into my phone with a different email once for my google ID. Then I went back to my original ID. Now Samsung health thinks I have rooted my phone. What do I do to get it back?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running the current operating system. Samsung health is the app in question.

Have you tried going into Samsung Health in apps list and clear cache under the storage option?
