Changing highlight txt

Hi,

Whenever I read txt in any app the highlight txt is a dark blue which is difficult to see. Is there any way to change the highlight color or better yet turn it off?

I don't think there's a way to change that, short of rooting the phone. I find the highlighted text easy to read in a dark room or at night, so perhaps it would be best to reserve Dark Mode for that usage, rather than all the time? Or you could quickly toggle between Dark and Light Mode using the Quick Settings tile, just when you need to read a link clearly.
