changing owner of HTC One V

Hi all,
I bought an old HTC One V phone and would like to change the designated owner. (To be honest, I'm not really if there is one, or even where that information might be located on the phone.) I'm not talking about the mobile network plan (I won't be using one) or any other of the app registrations, i.e. Facebook, email, etc.
I'd rather not do a factory reset, which is what I would normally do, since it has many apps installed that I like and would probably lose in that process.
Any help is appreciated.

You'd have to do a factory reset to change the account.
