Changing signature in stock email app

How do we change the signature in the stock email app? Cant find the choice under settings.

Its differant for each email account you might have so you'll find it within the settings of each account

I tried this but when I click on done, it just wont save the change.

Any idea why it won't save?

There's a done button in the top right corner of the screen. You have to push that before you go back.
