Changing Video to Horizontal

Hey everyone, I let my elderly mother play with my phone but now I can't get videos to play in the horizontal format of the camera. Does anyone have any idea how to change it back? Thanks Barbara

Are you saying that the screen doesn't rotate? If so, make sure that the screen rotation or auto rotation setting is on.
