Changing Where Downloads Go?

So I recently switched from an iPhone 4 to a Galaxy S3 and I am just curious to see if you are able to change where downloads go?

If not, how can you sync photos (That are on your computer) to downloads instead of a whole new album

If you want a cloud based sync option for photos, then I would go with something like dropbox. Load it on your pc and your gs3 and it can be set to automatically sync any photos.

You may just want to use something like es file explorer or astro to move pics from the download folder to the desired location manually.

Personally, I can't stand it when an app starts syncing files over WiFi without me vetting them so I usually turn that off immediately.
