Charging on or off?

I seem to get a better charge leaving the phone on. How many of you shut it off to charge it?

Same here its my alarm, and even if my battery does go dead I charge with it on and it charges fairly quickly

Mine's always on when it's charging at night. The only time I turn it off to charge is if I do an occasional bump charge in the morning.

On... I've only turned it off to try the bump charging every week or so.

There are a lot of reasons to leave a phone on during charge. Mine is on 24/7 with or without the charger attached. But... charging the phone faster is not one of the reasons. It will always take longer to charge a phone that is on verses off. May not be much of a difference, but the laws of physics say it has to be that way

I always leave my phone on. No home phone so of there if any reason for a call I get it asap. My brother in law passed away yesterday so I got the call right away. Long fight with cancer.
