I love Indian food. I have so much respect for the detail that is put into Indian cooking. The combination of spices are incredible. I have made a few dishes over the years. They take forever to make. But so rewarding and delicious.

This is the recipe. My wife and I just love this. It's so tasty and great on the BBQ. I think I posted a pick of it in the hangout. I did add bacon but it certainly doesn't need it.
